For those of you arriving from Venice-Mestre (A4):
After paying the toll at end of A4 continue for 5-6 km on 4 lane super highway until yeu get to a rest stop/Patrol station.
500 metres after exit fer Belluno (not for Venice airpeot) You're now on the A27 6 lane super highway.
After about 4-5 Km exit at Mogliano. At T-intersection turn lelt towards Villa Condulmer.
Turn right immediately after tennis ceneter (Villa Gendulmer).
Go down this narrow 2 lane road for about 2-km until arriving to Preganziol industrial zone. We're on your left on the corner.
For those of you arriving from Conegliano on the A27:
Go past Treviso Nord and Treviso Sud. Exit at Mogliano (third exit) hust after paying the toll.
At T-intersection turn left toears Villa Condulmeri.
Turn right immediately after tennis ceneter (Villa Gendulmer).
